Yoga for Bedtime is designed to be a part of your sleep hygiene routine – the habits you practice before going to bed, which can help promote a restful night of sleep. Try incorporating it into a nightly routine combined with any other practices that feel restful and nourishing for you.

A 30-minute yoga practice created to help calm the mind and body before bed

  • A 17-minute guided meditation that can help you transition out of your day and into a space of rest
  • A short video to explain Chandra Bhedana – one of the breathing practices used in the guided meditation. You can use this breathing practice by itself or use it during the meditation.
